8-El Quemado (12/1), 9-Provision (5/2), and 2-Secretary Of War (3/1) all debuted at this course and distance fifteen days ago. Provision went off at 20/1, El Quemado at 58/1 and Secretary Of War at 11/1, so the public was not keen for any of these. 6-Let’s Go Blue (9/2) is being heralded on the internet as the horse to beat, and I do not get why. With pedestrian works, a sire that is 0/7 given the boundaries of todays conditions, and a 9% trainer, I will pass. The chances are high that I am going to keep my hands in my pockets this race; however, if I were to bet, it would be on El Quemado based on his 71 Equibase number, second best of this group last out, and the addition of blinkers.

If 3-Oxymore (9/5) runs anything like his debut, he will run away and hide again. After all, it is not every day you see a two year old with no race experience nail six furlongs in 1:07.8. His competition today will be 2-Fadethenoise (8/1), 4-No Nay Hudson (4/1), stablemate 8-Appraise (3/1), 10-Cadillac Candy (15/1), and 6-Noble Huntsman (12/1). For my bet, this feels like one of those Wesley Ward 2yo moments where his horse pulls an upset. So, with Saratoga being the graveyard of favorites, I am going with No Nay Hudson.
