Ft. Erie Tuesday, October 15, 2019

1:20 est Race 1

$3K Claimers for fillies and mares 3yo+ going 5.5 furlongs on dirt

#5 – Touch Of Emma (5/2) love betting horses like this Woodbine shipper who have a trainer that is looking for a win and not just a radical blowout from Allowance to Claimers. This Kentucky bred filly has not had an effective 2019 campaign and is taking a drop to this lowest level.

#7 – Sail At Noon (5/1) another class dropper who has better numbers than what will be the favorite - #1

Bets - $10/win $20p #5

$2 Exacta Box 5-7

1:48 est Race 2

$4.5K Claimers for fillies and mares 3yo+ going 1 mile and 70 yards on dirt

#5 – Perfect Road (5/2) fourth race off a long layoff and recently smoked a similar crowd by 9.5 lengths. This Bellamy Road filly has rounded into form and should take this one with Crista Carignan (21% winners) in the irons again.

Bets - $10/w $20/p - #5

2:44 est Race 4

$4.5 Claimers 3yo+ going 5.5 on dirt

#5 – Colleen’s Sailor (12/1) going to take a swing at a 10 year old who has banked $540K in his lifetime and $7700 per start (next closest is #4 at $4K/start). Luis Contreras (15% wins) is on board this Northern Afleet gelding, and he has the best class and speed ratings per Equibase.

Bets $10/w $20/p - #5

4:08 est Race 7

$6.25 Starter Allowance for fillies and mares 3yo+ going 6.5 furlongs

#1 – Jaya Ho (5/1) second look for jockey Keveh Nicholls (12%) on this El Correador mare. Recent shipper from Woodbine and pursuant to my data, she has the best overall class and speed.

#7 – Accolades Galore (3/1) jockey Crista Carignan just missed a week ago in a $16K allowance here and gets another crack with this dropper. The race will play to her favor of she can keep near the speed.

#4 – Tickety Boo – will take a lot of money in this as she ships in from Thistle via Churchill. Wesley Ward bred mare out of Giant’s Causeway loves Ft. Erie having three starts, winning two and placing in the other.

Bets – bullring Ft. Erie goes around twice for most races and tends to favor speed. I’m taking $10/w $20/p #1 and $.50 trifecta box on the aforementioned.
