One of my favorite parts of being on staff at BettorsInsider is getting to try out all of the new sweepstakes casinos that pop onto the scene. I’ve got to try out more than a dozen over the past couple of years, and I’m always curious what the new ones have to offer. I recently got to play at DexyPlay, so I wanted to share with our readers my ratings on this hot new site.
If you’re new to BettorInsider, we like to give you an honest, no frills look at how each social casino rates in certain categories. For this review, I zeroed in on the bonuses, game selection, loyalty program, and customer service of DexyPlay. I hope you find it useful in your pursuit of a new social casino.
Like most social casinos, DexyPlay offers a no-deposit bonus to all new customers. Anyone who has never played on the site receives 375,000 Gold Coins, which is a nice gesture. Unfortunately, though, they do not give out any Sweepstakes Coins with their signup bonus. The lack of SC is a definite letdown, especially since most of DexyPlay’s competitors give out at least 2 or 2.5 SC to new clients. However, the good news is that the First Purchase Bonus that DexyPlay offers is one of the best I’ve seen in quite some time. For a paltry sum of only $11.99, folks can get 300,000 GC and 24 SC. That’s simply incredible! No bonus code is required to receive either the signup bonus or the First Purchase Bonus, which is a plus because those things can be hard to remember anyway. The news gets even better for folks who purchase at least $9.99 of Gold Coins. They immediately become eligible for the 7-day login bonus, where you can win anywhere from 50,000 to 100,000 GC plus 4 to 65 SC each day. DexyPlay is also pretty generous when it comes to its loyalty program. The entire VIP program is made up of 24 different tiers, and as you might imagine, you get more GC and SC the higher you get. You don’t have to climb super high to start seeing nice rewards either, as simply getting to Level 2 gets you 30,000 Gold Coins and 3 Sweepstakes Coins. One aspect of the DexyPlay VIP program that’s unique is that players can skip levels by buying “tier-up” tickets. This can put players in a position for more lucrative rewards more quickly. However, be sure to read the terms and conditions, as keeping your VIP status may require a certain amount of monthly play. That’s kind of a letdown, but overall, I was very pleased with how vast the loyalty program was at DexyPlay. If you’re a devoted slot game player, you’ll be more than pleased at the library that DexyPlay offers. They have around 1,500 slot titles in total, and some of them are from the best gaming providers in the space. You’ll find games from Tom Horn, NetGame, Evoplay, BGaming, and Betsoft at DexyPlay. Don’t worry, table game lovers! DexyPlay didn’t forget about you either. While most social casinos often skimp on table games, DexyPlay offers over 25 live-dealer games for you to enjoy. That’s one of the most thorough table game libraries I’ve seen at a sweepstakes casino site. DexyPlay doesn’t have a mobile app yet, but that’s actually quite common in this space. However, the regular site looks fantastic on all mobile device browsers (iOS and Android). DexyPlay is also highly above average in customer service options, which is always a good thing when searching for a new social casino to play at. The company offers customer support 24 hours a day and 7 days per week. I was a bit disheartened to learn that there was no phone number for support, but the two options they do offer work well. I found that on average, most of my questions were answered via the Live Chat feature in only 2 to 3 minutes, no matter what time it was. Email responses are a bit slower, but even with them, I still received responses in a matter of hours, not days. Each agent that helped me was very helpful, so I proudly give DexyPlay a 4.3 out of 5-star rating for this category. DexyPlay just came into the social casino space in January 2026, so not a lot of folks know what all they have to offer. I wanted to list a few frequently asked questions and answers to help bolster our readers’ knowledge of DexyPlay. Enjoy! It depends on your age and where you are currently located. All players must be 21 years old or older and must be in an eligible state. At the time of this writing DexyPlay was restricted in California, Idaho, Washington, Wyoming, Michigan, Nevada, Connecticut, Delaware, Montana, West Virginia, New York, Louisiana, Rhode Island, New Jersey, and Tennessee. DexyPlay does not have a mobile app for either iOS or Android at this time. However, their website works quite well on any mobile device. Just type them into your favorite search browser and you’ll be ready to rock and roll with tons of big-time games. You can even save their site onto your home screen and that will function a lot like a mobile app. Yes, if you meet certain playthrough requirements and accumulate a minimum amount of SC, you can exchange them for prize redemptions. You must also have purchased at least one GC package to be eligible for redemptions. All sweepstakes coins that you receive must be played through at least one time. After that has been completed, you can request a payout if you have at least 100 SC. You must also complete the Know Your Customer identity verification before receiving any type of redemption. This is a standard of the industry and not something that is unique to DexyPlay. Players can make deposits or withdrawals via Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Push to Card, or PayPal. There are no fees to make withdrawal but daily cashout caps apply depending on which state you are in. DexyPlay may be new to the social casino industry, but they are already making quite a splash with both new and seasoned players. While it’s impossible for a sweepstakes casino site to be great in every category, I was highly impressed with how well DexyPlay ranked in some of the more critical areas like bonuses and game selection. While I was a little disappointed that DexyPlay didn’t offer any SC with their signup bonus, I was more than satisfied with lots of other crucial areas. The VIP program is better than most of their competitors, and the customer support team does an excellent job on both live chat and email. Overall, our team at Bettors Insider would highly recommend DexyPlay.Signup Bonus is Okay, but First Purchase Bonus is Phenomenal: 4.2 out of 5 Stars
