Miami Marlins Name Hard Rock Bet Official Sportsbook in Multi-Year Deal
Hard Rock Bet is now the Official Sportsbook of the Miami Marlins under a new multi-year deal running through 2028, bringing live odds to Marlins.TV broadcasts and in-park promotions.

The Miami Marlins have found their new sportsbook partner, and it comes with deep South Florida roots. The MLB club announced a multi-year partnership with Hard Rock Bet, naming the sports betting operator the Official Sportsbook of the Miami Marlins for the 2026 through 2028 seasons.
The deal pairs two brands built around South Florida’s identity: a franchise that has called Miami home since 1993 and a sportsbook operated by the Seminole Tribe of Florida, the only entity legally permitted to offer sports betting in the state. That built-in exclusivity gives Hard Rock Bet a natural megaphone through one of the region’s most visible sports properties, while the Marlins gain a partner with the marketing muscle and brand recognition of the broader Hard Rock portfolio.
What Fans Will Actually See
The partnership is heavy on in-game and in-stadium activation rather than just a logo swap. Starting in August, Marlins fans 21 and older attending home games at loanDepot park can cash in on a “Grand Slam” promotion — any time the Marlins hit a grand slam, eligible fans unlock a bonus bet inside the Hard Rock Sportsbook app. It’s a simple, high-visibility hook designed to turn a rare in-game moment into an immediate engagement spike for the operator.
Beyond that, Hard Rock Bet will get prominent physical branding around loanDepot park, including digital outfield signage and featured spots on the MarlinsVision videoboard. Robert Gelman, the Marlins’ Vice President of Partnership Development & Marketing, framed the agreement as a fit for where the betting landscape is headed, saying Hard Rock Bet “represents foundational innovation and leadership” the team wanted in its stable of partners.
Broadcast Integration Is the Bigger Play
The more significant piece for bettors may be what happens on Marlins.TV. As part of the agreement, live odds-based segments will be worked directly into the team’s broadcasts, giving Hard Rock Bet a presence throughout the actual viewing experience rather than just around the ballpark. Sports Business Journal reported those integrations could begin as soon as this weekend, alongside fan promotions and additional on-site engagement at loanDepot park throughout the season.
Lauren Varnas, Vice President of Brand Marketing at Hard Rock Digital, echoed the local-roots framing in the official announcement, calling South Florida “our home” and describing the Marlins tie-up as a “natural fit” for the operator. The arrangement also folds in social media campaigns and hospitality experiences, giving Hard Rock Bet touchpoints with fans well beyond gameday itself.
Part of a Broader Local Betting Push
The Marlins deal adds another marquee South Florida sports franchise to Hard Rock Bet’s growing list of partnerships, reinforcing its position as the default sportsbook brand across the region given its unique legal standing in Florida. For fans who already follow the sportsbooks landscape closely, the agreement is a reminder of how central live-odds broadcast integration has become to operator strategy, not just billboard-style sponsorships. As more regional sports partnerships lean into real-time betting content during live telecasts, deals like this one are likely to become the template other operators try to replicate in states where they can legally compete.
