Aston Villa come into this big road test in great form. They are unbeaten in their last 5 league games, and last 8 games in total. They seem to once again be right in contention for a Champions League berth.
Fulham has also been solid for their standards. They currently sit at 8th in the League Table and have won 2 of their last 3 league games, with only a loss to Man City. I expect this game to be a pretty fun one.
Both teams have shown the capability of putting up goals and have also shown not the strongest defenses. Expect some fireworks at Craven Cottage this weekend.
Brighton seemed to be struggling up until they pulled off a win against Tottenham before the international break 2 weeks ago. Despite their few weeks of woes, they still sit at 6th in the League Table and have only lost one game so far this season.
Newcastle also has only one loss and has shown some promise so far this year. They sit one position behind Brighton at 7th in the League. This game should be a fun one with Brighton looking to stay in contention for a Champions League spot this season.
However, Newcastle are unbeaten in their last 10 League games at home. Both teams know what is on the line, albeit so early in the season. This should be a fun matchup.
Both of these teams have been fantastic so far this season. Liverpool is currently sitting atop the League Table and Chelsea is currently in 4th. Besides a surprise loss to Nottingham Forest, Liverpool has been perfect. Chelsea lost their first game of the season, but since they have won 4 out of 6. As good as Chelsea has been, it is hard to see Liverpool stumbling at home.
The Reds have conceded just two goals so far in the Premier League and are unbeaten against Chelsea since 2021. This should be a fun matchup between a high-scoring offense, with Chelsea, and Liverpool’s league-best defense.
Only Man City have scored more goals than Chelsea so far this season, but Liverpool has notched 5 clean sheets in their 7 league games thus far. This is the marquee matchup of the weekend, so be sure to tune in!
