Brazil looks to stay top of the table, while Argentina wants to stay right on Seleçao’s coattails

South American World Cup qualification is a marathon, not a sprint.

But that is not to say if a couple teams break from the pack early, they can’t stay at the top for the rest of the race.

Brazil has won all three games so far to lead the CONMEBOL table with nine points, while Argentina is two points behind in second. Both face tough away matches today before the teams disperse back to domestic duties around the world.

Look for Brazil and Argentina to come away with the victories.
