We have another big week of soccer ahead, with the second round of European group stages upon us starting tomorrow. Until then, there are a couple of games to wrap up the league play game weeks to keep us occupied. In Italy, AC Milan look to continue their impressive winning streak against Roma and in Germany, Bayer Leverkusen face off against Augsburg. Here are my picks for the day:

German Bundesliga

Bayer Leverkusen vs. Augsburg - 3:30 PM ET

In a battle of two mid-table teams, this suits up to be a tight clash of two teams looking to push their way into the early European spots and thus will result in a low scoring game. With Kai Havertz leaving for Chelsea in the summer, Leverkusen have struggled to replace his goal scoring with someone consistent so far, and a stout Augsburg defense (allowing 3 goals in 4 games) will not help alter that trend. Leverkusen have yet to score more than 1 goal this year, while also allowing no more than 1 as well. Expect a similar result as Leverkusen will be rotating starters in an effort to find what clicks.

Italian Serie A

AC Milan vs. Roma FC - 3:45 PM ET

AC Milan have won their past twelve games in a row and don’t look to be stopping any time soon. For a team that seemed to be in shambles recently, they really have put things back together and are figuring it out quickly. Roma pose another obstacle for Milan, but I don’t see this team losing tonight. They are firing on all cylinders, scoring at least two in every game during this run.

I personally love Milan draw no bet, but if your book offers same game parlays there are plenty of other options to choose from too with more flexibility.
