Soccer: With the MLS transfer window set to open, which players could make the move to the USA? Sturridge? Pique? Miller breaks it down
On July 7th 2019, the Major League Soccer transfer window will open.
With several players in Europe out of contract or nearing the end of their careers, the rumor mill is naturally in full flow. US-bookies have compiled a list of the most likely players to ply their trade across the pond this year and potentially joining David Beckham in Miami.
US-bookies has compiled odds on the players around Europe that are the most likely to move in the coming weeks.

Similarly, Daniele De Rossi (ex-Roma), plus Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben (ex-Bayern Munich) have all seen their contracts come to an end.
Due to their age, have been tipped to make a move to the MLS.

There will be two new teams in the league next season, with the addition of Inter Miami FC and Nashville SC. In 2021, Austin FC will join, with another team coming in 2022.
Several big name players may aim to enjoy one final season in Europe before joining up with David Beckham’s Inter Miami when they debut in March 2020.
The likes of Luis Suarez, Gerard Pique and Radamel Falcao could well thrive in the MLS, as well as enjoy the more laid back Florida lifestyle, in comparison to the soccer life in Europe. In recent weeks, Beckham’s outfit have been rumored to have made Suarez an offer of a four-year contract.
Furthermore, current MLS stars such as Zlatan Ibrahimović and Wayne Rooney are already being linked to make a move within the league to join up with the former Manchester United star. It is likely that Becks’ new side will be one of the most star-studded attacking sides to grace the MLS, but the inclusion of a player of the ilk of Pique may raise the bar of defensive quality in the league.
