The Stanley Cup Playoffs open up with four games on tap, all of which showing some potential for our wallets . . . The Islanders are playing the first round of playoff games at The Coliseum. There will not be a more electric building in the NHL tonight. The energy from fans alone should be enough to propel them over the Penguins . . . Next we find ourselves in Winnipeg for the White Out. However, Jets fans will find themselves feeling Blue as St. Louis marches into town and steals one from right under their noses. Look for F Vlad Tarasenko to show up in a big way tonight . . . As far as Overs go, look to the Blue Jackets-Lightning matchup. Those high-powered offenses will be ready to show each other what they have going into the first game of the series. Columbus forward Matt Duchene has a lot to prove and Tampa Bay forward Nikita Kucherov is foaming at the mouth to fill the back of the net . . .
