Thursday, we smoked out Wayne Simmonds to score the first or any goal for the Flyers since he had tallied just once in his previous 13 home games. (Thanks, Wayne!) Saturday, we go the other way, tapping James van Riemsdyk, who has lit the light in three of his last four Wells Fargo Center games.
While we’re at it, the Flyers have scored three or more goals in seven of their last eight home games, but five of those have been exactly three-goal games. The prices at Over 2 (-$360) or Over 3 (+$114) is just not worth the risk for a team in such disarray.
