We are just a week away from the Hall of Fame Game, which may be too far out to be draft-ready, but if you are up on your research there is money to be made in best ball leagues on popular apps like Underdog.

This article is always one of our favorite pieces to write each offseason. We throw out our favorite sleepers at each position, with their current ADPs, and see where they finish by the time the season starts.

Last year's article was headlined by Anthony Richardson, Raheem Mostert, Calvin Austin (yikes), and Sam Laporta. Find our picks for the 2024 season below.

QB: Deshaun Watson, Cleveland Browns

Current ADP: 159 (QB 21)

Everybody loves to hate Deshaun Watson, and we're using that to our advantage this fantasy season. A year removed from his hiatus from the sport, Watson will have zero excuses in 2024 because this Browns roster is loaded.

He's got a top 5 offensive line, a reliable run game, and a great set of pass catchers including Amari Cooper, Elijah Moore, David Njoku, and offseason signing Jerry Jeudy.

While 2023 did not go as planned, Cleveland was 5-1 with him under center. Was Joe Flacco better? Yes. But ,if anything, seeing Flacco throw for 20,000 yards in a 6-game stretch should give Watson a roadmap to similar success this season.

RB: Rico Dowdle, Dallas Cowboys

Current ADP: 138 (RB 43)

What offseason hype there seemed to be for Rico Dowdle appears to have dissipated with the Cowboys decision to bring back Ezekiel Elliott. In fact, Elliott is going ahead of Dowdle in fantasy drafts. As if there wasn't a reason Dallas let him go in the first... or was able to resign him for the league minimum.

Cowboys fans will be the first to tell you that it's Dowdle's job to lose. Not only do we expect him to be RB1 for Dallas, but he could see an increased role in the passing game as well. Last season, he caught 17 of 22 targets for 144 yards and 2 touchdowns.

While the Cowboys offensive line isn't what it once was, it still ranks as a top 10 unit in the NFL led by one of the best guard tandems in the league. Dowdle is currently going in the 12th round of Underdog best ball drafts but we think he could end up being a high-end RB2 this season.

WR: Jalin Hyatt

Current ADP: 207 (WR 87)

We are bullish on this Giants passing attack for a number of reasons. First, Brian Daboll is still one of the best offensive coaches in the NFL.

Second, viewed by many as one of the worst offensive lines in the league, this group is poised to take a step forward this season. Not only with the Eluemunor and Runyan signings, but with blue chip sophomores Schmitz and Neal having a year under their belts.

Lastly, Jalin Hyatt enters year two and Malik Nabers was brought in to add even more youth/talent to the wide receiver room. With Nabers drawing the attention of defenses (and fantasy owners), Hyatt should be able to work as the elite deep threat he was drafted to be.

He's been the star of training camp thus far and won't be available this deep in fantasy drafts once the preseason kicks off.

TE: Luke Musgrave, Green Bay Packers

Current ADP: 149 (TE 17)

The Packers have a never-ending list of young pass catchers to throw to, but to us the list starts with Christian Watson and Luke Musgrave. We think Watson establishes himself as WR1 (assuming he can stay healthy) and Musgrave will be the primary option behind him.

As a rookie last season, Musgrave caught 33 of 45 targets through his first 10 games and would return from injury to catch 6 of 7 targets for 66 yards and a touchdown in the playoffs.

Fellow NFC North tight end Sam Laporta stole the headlines last season, but we think Musgrave is in line for a breakout year in his sophomore season and expect him to vastly outperform his current ADP.
