Bet365 made fresh inroads into the Denver gaming market after sealing a new partnership contract with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment.
KSE owns the NBA Denver Nuggets and NHL Colorado Avalanche, and the deal will see both teams enhance Bet365's visibility. Bet365 signage will appear in the Nuggets' court baseline and at the Avalanche's penalty box. Additionally, the KSE Ball Arena, both teams' home ground, will increase its Bet365 displays and banners.
Bet365 and KSE recently made big moves in Denver. The British sports betting giant established a new US headquarters in the city, while KSE launched Altitude+. Altitude+ is a direct-to-consumer streaming service that covers all Denver NHL and NBA games. KSE linked the streaming service launch to its partnership with BET365, commending the latter for making it possible.
A spokesperson for Bet365 expanded on the recent partnership. "A championship-winning organization, Kroenke Sports & Entertainment undoubtedly embodies the Never Ordinary spirit, and we are enthusiastic about this partnership to elevate the bet365 experience to our fans in the Mile High City. Plus, there's no better way to celebrate the opening of our new Denver headquarters than giving Nuggets and Avalanche fans a new way to watch their teams with Altitude+."
Michael Ceiley, KSE SVP of Partnership Marketing & Media Sales, also publicized the contract.
"We are thrilled to welcome bet365 to Denver at such an exciting moment for the city, especially for its sports fans. Colorado has wholeheartedly embraced the US sports betting space. Our elite, title-contending teams, and the passionate fan bases of Nuggets Nation and Avs Faithful, are a perfect match for a leading sports betting brand with 100 million worldwide customers."
This KSE deal is the latest of many Bet365 partnerships. The sports betting company has contracts with the Colorado Rockies MLB team and several other sports teams outside the state. The MLB's Cleveland Guardians, Washington Commanders, Charlotte Hornets, and San Antonio Spurs are all Bet365 partners.
Recently named the UEFA Champions League's official sports betting partner, Bet365 is undeniably a global gaming behemoth. However, the company's more urgent goal is to appeal to the US betting market and, in return, contribute to its economy. A Bet365 spokesperson spoke with SBC America on the Denver HQ launch and gave insight into the company's goal.
"With a bustling business community, Denver represents a phenomenal opportunity to launch our US headquarters, and we are beyond excited to call Colorado our new home. "Since launching in the Centennial State in September 2022, we have been blown away by the passion and pride that local sports fans have for their teams and their city."
The Colorado government confirmed that Bet365 plans to create 1000 good-paying jobs within five years in Denver. On a nationwide scale, Bet365 is growing remarkably and is only behind FanDuel and DraftKings in 11 operating states.
