Penrith looks to continue torrid start against last place Manly in NRL Week 4 opener
It took until nine minutes into the Penrith Panthers’ third game of the season for a team to score a point against them.
Last week, Penrith held off Melbourne 12-10 to avenge the 2020 NRL Grand Final loss, and now the Panthers can get back to smothering opponents defensively.
Top of the ladder Penrith will take on bottom rung Manly, in the first game of Week 4. This could also be the first in a string of blowout wins for teams this week.
As mentioned in the NRL Week 4 preview, Penrith does not allow points (just 10 in three games, 3.33 per contest), while Manly does not score them (28 in three games, 9.33 per contest).
I am going to try to find some ways to back the Panthers with a bunch of other outcomes, and hope they all come in.
