We are getting into the dog days of the College Football season. Week 12 is upon us, giving teams just a few more opportunities to show the committee that they are worthy of a spot in the expanded, 12-team playoff.

There aren’t a ton of marquee games this week, per se, but the best teams in the country still can’t afford to lose against unranked opponents. With that said, a lack of highly touted games isn’t going to stop us from putting our favorite Underdog props together. Let’s take a deep dive into our favorite plays for this weekend’s slate!

Emeka Egbuka OVER 60.5 Receiving Yards

Emeka Egbuka is easily our most-bet player of the 2024 College Football season. He is one of the most reliable receivers in the country, and Will Howard loves throwing him the ball.

Ohio State needs to keep its foot on the gas moving forward, which means that they can’t take Northwestern lightly this week. Look for Egbuka and Howard to get rolling early, resulting in Egbuka having at least 61 receiving yards by the end of the game.

We wouldn’t be surprised if he had 100+, especially considering that Northwestern allows over 250 passing yards per game, so we’re more than happy to take his over in this spot.

Braedyn Locke OVER 0.5 Passing Touchdowns

The matchup between Oregon and Wisconsin is receiving a lot of buzz, even though Wisconsin is unranked, and Oregon is the No. 1 team in the country. Is an upset brewing?

Maybe not, but we expect Wisconsin to stick around in this game longer than they should, especially since the game is in Madison, one of the most electric stadiums in college football.

We anticipate that Braedyn Locke will find the end zone at least once against Oregon, feeding off the energy from the rowdy Madison crowd.

Ashton Jeanty UNDER 193.5 Rushing Yards

It might seem crazy to take the under on a Heisman candidate, but we’re having a tough time trusting Aston Jeanty this week against San Jose State. Jeanty has been an electric player all year, averaging just shy of 193 yards per game.

However, SJSU has one of the best defenses against the rush in the entire country, only allowing 148 rushing yards per game. If they stack the box against Jeanty and force Boise State to throw the ball more, this could be a tough game for him in the box score.

While we still believe Jeanty could rack up a healthy stat line, we’re taking the under at 193.5 yards.
