So last night Cal decided to have their lowest-scoring game in a month and Dartmouth their lowest. I’ve never felt the Christmas spirit less in my life.

Stetson Hatters at Miami Hurricanes, 7 pm Eastern
The Pick: Miami -14 (-110), bet $11 to win $10
Not a lot to choose from in the ACC (and nothing in the Ivies) today, so I’ll go with a Miami team that’s won four straight playing at home. The Hurricanes have played some tough teams already this year and beat a good ACC team, Clemson. Stetson has played one mediocre ACC team this year, Georgia Tech, and lost by 25. The Hatters’ adjusted offense is 248th in college and their adjusted tempo is 295th. I wouldn’t call the matchup a huge rivalry, but both schools are in Florida and so Miami will have the incentive to put forth a good showing. The line moved down from 15 to 14 which made it a value play.
