Minnesota avoided the dreaded sweep in Game 4 by defeating Dallas to the tune of 105-100. Anthony Edwards was just one assist shy of a Triple Double to lead the way for the T'Wolves. Karl-Anthony Towns also poured in 25 points.

Can Minnesota stay alive by winning Game 5? Behind another methodical offensive performance from Edwards, the Timberwolves look to send this series back to Dallas with just two more games left to win in this thrilling series out West. Check out our favorite NBA player props for Thursday, May 30.

G Anthony Edwards (MIN) OVER 6.5 REB

For the Wolves to continue this series, ANT has to be aggressive early and bang around in the paint on both ends to get his body acclimated. We saw this in Game 4 as he finished with 29 points, 9 assists, and 10 boards.

He’s averaging 8.8 rebounds this series, which is high above this prop mark of 6.5. Between the amount of rebounding opportunities Edwards will have alongside a closeout/elimination game scenario.

Edwards and the Wolves are 4-0 this postseason in that situation, expect a nice performance from the superstar.

G Luka Doncic (DAL) OVER 9.5 REB

Whether Lively plays 15-20 minutes or not at all, Luka should be able to reach the double-digit rebounding mark once again. Luka has hit this prop twice this series, while averaging 9.6 RPG during the playoffs.

10/10/7/6 are his rebounding numbers after a loss this postseason but remember, this is with Lively on the court and taking away some rebounding opportunities.

With the Mavs almost grasping onto the win last night, we expect the game plan to stay similar as Luka crashes in for boards and pushes the ball up the court.

G Kyrie Irving (DAL) OVER 2.5 3PM

Irving made the game-losing play last night, turning the ball over with a left hand pass into no-man’s land to secure the win for the Wolves.

After coming off a loss this postseason, Kyrie has shot 21 three-pointers in four games in which the Mavs’ record is an unbelievable 4-0.

With Minnesota’s defense vulnerable to drive-and-kick opportunities, look for Irving to take advantage from downtown especially in the 2nd half.

C Dereck Lively (DAL) UNDER 8.5 PTS

If Lively ends up playing in Game 5, we would be cautious regarding his point total as 20 minutes seems like a far-fetched idea after watching the injury he sustained in Game 3.

When playing less than 20 minutes in a contest this postseason, Lively has put up 6/2/2/8/13/3 points in each outing, only reaching this prop mark once.

In limited minutes with a tougher Minnesota defense than normal on the brink of elimination at home, this is a tough mark to reach for the rookie.
