Brooklyn Nets at Houston Rockets, 8 pm Eastern
Dallas Mavericks at Memphis Grizzlies, 8 pm Eastern
The Pick: Moneyline Parlay Brooklyn w/Memphis +124, bet $8.50 to win $10.55
Brooklyn played Dallas last night, so both teams are on a back-to-back. But the Nets are playing Houston, a team who although they have won five straight at home, have gone 1-6 against the spread at home against Brooklyn. The Nets are 9-2 on the road, and I believe last night’s win against the Mavericks was close enough that they’re not going to want to take their foot off the gas tonight. Dallas, on the other hand, is 1-8 as an underdog this season, and 9-14 against the spread overall. Without Ja Morant, the Grizzlies are hanging tough with teams, with five straight wins and 5-0 ATS. I like Memphis facing Dallas coming off that tough game against the Nets.
Player Prop Parlay: Domantas Sabonis 15+ points w/10+ rebounds -118, bet $5.90 to win $5
There’s been much trade talk swirling around the Indiana Pacers, who may be looking to rebuild. Sabonis would be a great trade piece, and I suspect he wouldn’t mind a change of scenery. New coach Rick Carlisle hasn’t been using him in the areas where he’s strongest. Fifteen points and ten rebounds are under his season averages, and I suspect Sabonis is eager to show other teams what he can do.
