Another solid day yesterday. Let’s see if we can finish the week strong…

Dallas Mavericks at Los Angeles Clippers, 3:30 pm Eastern
The Pick: Los Angeles -156, bet $8 to win $5.13
Again, we’re going to try to build some momentum by keeping the number of plays small, and we’ll rely on Los Angeles’ strength at home (7-3) and as the favorite (9-4) as the primary logic. The Clippers are 8-3 straight up over their last 11 games, so we’ll pay a little more to avoid the 3.5 point spread and settle for just a win, here. Dallas’ Luka Doncic is “hopeful” he can return from his ankle injury to play today, and his teammates have been valiant in trying to pick up the slack. But he’s really the Mavericks’ only true scoring threat. Besides, these two teams played in last year’s playoffs, and I believe Paul George and the rest of the Clippers want to emphasize that they’re the better team, they want to get the bad taste of dropping a game to New Orleans on Friday, and right now they are technically a half-game behind Dallas. They play strong today…
Player Prop Parlay: Paul George 20+ points w/4+ rebounds w/2+ assists w/2+ made threes, -190, bet $2.50 to win $1.32
…and Paul George shall lead them. There’s not a ton of value here, but each of these legs is well below what George is averaging this year. Facing Doncic or not, the Clipper forward will be motivated to prove he’s the best player on the floor today.
