1-2 again last night, but a Jayson Tatum double-double bailed me out again.
Three games, five plays. A lot is going to depend on who shows up to play.
All wagers and returns based on $10. Please check game time lineups before wagering.
Sixers at BUCKS 3:35 pm EDT, Pistons at PACERS 7:05 pm EDT, Rockets at NUGGETS 10:05 pm.
3-pointers: Mason Plumlee (Pistons) double-double +425 (Returns $52.50) With Sabonis and Turner out, if ever there was a game for Plumlee to rack up numbers, this is it.
Malcolm Brogdon (Pacers) double-double +365 (Returns $46.50) With Sabonis and Turner out, Brogdon is going to have to score and rebound. At 6-5, can he get 10+ rebounds again? Can anyone other than Caris Levert score to get him the assists? That's why he's +365. But he did do it last game.
2-pointers: BUCKS Over Sixers and Under 228.5 +143 (Returns $24.30) Reports are no Embiid and no Simmons for the Sixers, which means the Bucks could score 130 and the game will go Over. I'm picking Under because of the afternoon factor. These games can get sloppy.
Free Throws: NUGGETS -14 Over Rockets -107 (Returns $19.40) Both teams played last night in different time zones and although the Nuggets will be without Will Barton, the Rockets will likely be without John Wall, Christian Wood, Kevin Porter Jr., and Eric Gordon. With backups starting and a short bench, props to them if they can keep it close. I don't think they can – and I think Denver is gassed.
Steals: Jrue Holiday (Bucks) Over 27.5 points, rebounds, assists -113 (Returns $18.90) If Embiid and Simmons don't play, I think the Sixers will have to do a lot of doubling on Giannis, leaving a lot of room for Holiday. Would also have taken Donte Divincenzo over 10.5 points, but he's been in a bad shooting slump.
Winners:
3-pointers: Jayson Tatum (Celtics) double-double +200 (Returns $30.00) Tatum got a bunch of rebounds late to finish with 38 points and 10 rebounds.
Losers:
Free Throws: Davids Bertans (Wizards) Over 20.5 points, rebounds, assists -108 (Returns $19.30) Bertans went 12-2-0 = 14 but the Wizards won again 129-109.
Steals: Terry Rozier (Hornets) Over 33.5 points, rebounds, assists -113 (Returns $18.90) Rozier was horrible in the first half and still finished with 25-1-6 = 32. He just missed. The Hornets just won, 108-102.
