Our Top Picks

Adesanya Vs. Du Plessis

In a fight that we expect to be an all-timer, we finally see rested Issy take on the Du Plessis. Adesanya coming off an extended period of rest gives us confidence that he’ll be able to dethrone Dicrus. With length and speed in the matchup, Adesanya will have the advantage of feeling out Du Plessis's heavy hands and staying out of his strike zone. If this turns into a slug match, it may depend on who has the bigger chin, but we expect this one to go to decisions. With Issy finishing 61% of his matches in decision, there is a strong chance this one will be no different.

Adesanya by Decision: +200

We love the plus odds on Adesanya taking this one in decision. The style bender is known for drawing out fights to decision, and this fight will be no different. Our only worry over this line is the grudge match between DDP and Izzy. Will Issy be content leaving DDP standing and winning by the judges? Or will he want to prove his dominance by putting DDP down for a nap? We’ll have to wait and see, but we’re confident he’ll play this one safe and force a 5 round fight!

Gamrot KO, TKO, or DQ: +700

Going down to the Lightweight division, we have a battle between Mateusz Gamrot versus Dan Hooker. This may be a one-sided fight, with the lines feeling the same. Gamrot at -350 isn’t a sexy pick, but it feels one of the safest on the card. For two guys that generally have their fights end in a KO or TKO, we can get a bit more juice out of the line going in that direction. With the line for Gamrot sitting at +700 for a KO or TKO, it’s a riskier bet, but there is far more meat on the bone than the money line. Unless you’re tossing the Gamrot money line onto a parlay, we’d say stay away from this line or toss a little action on the KO victory line for Gamrot.

Tai Tuivasa by KO, TKO or DQ: +260

Oh, how we love ourselves a heavyweight fight. With Tai Tuivasa vs Jairzinho Rozenstruik squaring off, you know this will end only one way. Someone on their back taking a power nap. That’s why we love the KO line over the money line at +200; giving us +60 points is a great value. These heavyweight fights can have some of the best value on the card. It only takes a single shot for the underdog to steal a fight. That’s why we love this Tai Tuivasa line. Even though he’s been on a bit of a skid lately, losing 4 of his last 5 fights. He still has the power to steal this one.

Steve Erceg by Decision: +130

Flyweight has always been a challenging weight class to call. The fights between Kai Kara-France and Steve Erceg will be no different. Two fighters predominantly end their fights in decision, and we are hedging with the favorite on the card, Erceg. With a money line hovering around -175, it’s not a wild line. However, Erceg has finished a whopping 66% of his fights in decision. So, taking the plus money on the decision feels practical. Being the co-main event, the extra rounds might get in the way, but without the knockout power on either side, it’s still a safe bet this goes to a decision. It’s a solid value for the fight.

Carlos Prates by KO, TKO, or DQ: -110

Again, we’re going to ride the favorite. Carlos Prates has the physical tools to end this fight quickly against Li Jingliang. With a 6.5” reach advantage, Jingliang will have to survive the nightmare Prates to steal this one. Prates has won all his fights in KO or TKO, making him a formidable threat. That’s why we are sticking with the KO, TKO line over the money line sitting at -350 for Prate. We’re not in love with this line, but it’s the best odds on the fight.
