Is it me, or have there been a bunch of big time baseball series over the last few weeks?
They continue Tuesday, as the AL Central champion-elect Chicago White Sox host Oakland in a preview of a potential American League Division Series; that is, if the A's can stay hot and pass Houston.
Oakland has a massive series at the weekend back in the Bay Area, with the National League leading San Francisco Giants heading across the bridge.
Tonight, I like Oakland to get the jump on Chicago in game one of three. It could be a low-scoring encounter, with two good pitchers on the hill: Chris Bassitt and Reynaldo Lopez.
