The Friday Philly Props - Chase Utley, Cesar Hernandez, Starlin Castro, Home Runs, Game Total

It is Chase Utley Night at Citizens Bank Park and try as we might to find a Prop on getting hit by pitches, we could not find one.

Instead, we will pay homage to his possession (and the fact that the Phillies pitching staff can’t keep the ball in the ball park) and wager on each team’s second baseman to hit a home run.

The 2B/2B Double HR has happened in a Phillies game once already this season, on May 13 when Cesar Hernandez went long for the Phils and the Brewers’ Mike Moustakas took Aaron Nola long. Nola just happens to be on the mound Friday. Starlin Castros will be playing the role of Moustakas in this production.

And since home runs means runs, let’s go with the Over. There are 8s out there at -110, but we opted for an even-money 8.5. And we doubled it.
