I have this thing in all sports for West Coast teams doing poorly when they come East and play 1 p.m. ET (10 a.m. PT), but it doesn’t nearly work out as well as when those teams head to Baltimore. The Orioles are 3-6 at home this season against teams that play near the Pacific Ocean and 2-7 last season. They and the Giants have split two games so far. San Francisco wins today . . . No way the Phillies are going to get swept by the Dodgers in Los Angeles. Bryce Harper (and maybe Jay Bruce) will not let it happen . . . Brewers-Pirates?
