The Thursday Philly Props: Jimmy Butler, Jim Butler, Jimmie Butler, James Butler . . . and a Blowout

There is a lot not to be sure of about Game 6 Thursday at the Wells Fargo Center, but there is one thing we feel you can bank on:

Jimmy Butler will come to play.

So, we have allotted most of the $25 we allowed ourselves to bet on what could the Sixers’ final game of the season on his various Props. Not the least of those is that he goes for 30-plus points (+500), which is what he did the last time the Sixers fell behind in the series (down 1-0 in Game 2).

We also are going with him to make the first field goal of the game (a real crap shoot as always with guys like Kawhi Leonard and Joel Embiid out there), but that is just to make sure we have our own butt in the bar seat by tip-off.

Otherwise, we shopped around for totals and odds on Overs on his points, rebounds and assists and took the best bargain for each.

The other best guess we have is that one team or the other is going to run away with game. If Philly jumps ahead, Toronto can start looking ahead to a Game7 at home. If the Raptors open it up, the Sixers will start having Brett Brown sign their yearbooks before the final buzzer sounds.

Let’s just go with out heart and hope the Sixers of Game 3 (and their 26-point lead) show up.
