Harry Kane derby completes Premier League weekend Sunday, as Manchester City, Tottenham, face off in London

Tottenham (+440) vs. Manchester City (-165), draw (+310), 11:30 a.m. EDT (NBCSN and fubo.TV); Celta Vigo (+310) vs. Atlético Madrid (+104), draw (+215), 11:30 a.m. EDT (ESPN+)

The two champions from the Premier League and La Liga both open their campaigns Sunday, but the eyes of the footballing world will be on Harry Kane.

Will this be the last match that he dresses for Tottenham Hotspur, as he gets set to move north to the blue half of Manchester? Or will Daniel Levy not bend in the face of a £130 million bid from Manchester City?

I find it hard to believe Spurs do not sell Kane this window, so Sunday could go down as the Kane derby: winner take all.

In Spain, both Barcelona and Real Madrid are dumpster fires, which is much to the liking of Diego Simeone and Atlético Madrid, which, by the way, won La Liga last season.

Atléti opens at Celta Vigo as a plus-money option, and I am going to jump on that.

I am going to bet both champions, and bet them to keep clean sheets as well in victories. The parlay for City and Atléti to both win to nil pays almost 8/1, so I might jump on that as well.
