Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund look to get Bundesliga wins before UEFA Champions League action
Do not mind the fact that RB Leipzig sits on top of the Bundesliga early in the season.
While Leipzig is a decent team, it was torn apart midweek (5-0) at Manchester United, and is clearly a level below the top two teams.
The question for the rest of the Bundesliga season is, can Borussia Dortmund stop losing games it should win, and keep some pressure on Bayern Munich.
Bayern is the best team in the world, but Dortmund should be able to hang in there with its rival. That is not the way Dortmund operates, though, is it? Somewhere, they will lose a match they should have won, or draw a lowly team in the table, and the machine that is Bayern rumbles on to scoop up all the cups, foreign and domestic.
This weekend, with their eyes on next week’s key UEFA Champions League clashes, both should win Saturday.
Will they?
