In Sunday MLS action, Andy Chase picks New York vs Orlando and Toronto vs Atlanta

Tonight MLS matches are at 7 pm and 7:30 pm EDT.

Andrew Chase

There are a couple of solid games ahead this evening in Major League Soccer. The race for playoff seeding is heating up, and so are the fixtures leading up to the postseason. Orlando City and Toronto FC are two of the hottest teams in the MLS, with massive win streaks to back them up. Here are my two plays for the day:

New York Red Bulls vs. Orlando City - 7:00 PM EST

Orlando City has not lost in their last eleven games. They are ROLLING. And Vegas continues to make them slight underdogs. New York has had a very average season thus far, going 7-3-8, and lost to Orlando last time out 3-1 on October 3. There is nothing to indicate that New York should win today, and we will take advantage of that.

The Play: Orlando City +0.5 -150 - 2 Units

Toronto FC vs. Atlanta United - 7:30 PM EST

Toronto FC has not lost a game in their last 8. They are on top of the table, with a three-point lead over the Philadelphia Union. Today they go against one of the biggest letdowns of the season - Atlanta United. Atlanta has not had a strong showing so far this year, with only two wins in their last twelve. Bank on Toronto to keep it going today.

The Play: Toronto FC Moneyline -170 - 1 Unit
