The NFL Week 3 slate kicked off on Thursday night, and we've already cashed a monster SGP parlay that included the under and the Jets' spread. In this article, we'll turn our attention to the main slate of games on Sunday, which includes seven 1 o'clock games and four 4 o'clock games.
This week, we're betting two NFC North running backs, D’Andre Swift and Josh Jacobs, make big impacts to help guide their young quarterbacks to victory.

The Eagles are coming off a devastating Monday Night Football loss at home and now will have to take on the red-hot Saints and their defense that is playing on an elite level. New Orleans have contained Bryce Young and Dak Prescott thus far, allowing just 12 rush yards per game and just 0.5 TDs to 2 INTs per contest.
With Philly’s A.J. Brown out for this contest, I’m looking for plenty of short passes to Goedert and Barkley to try and get this offensive unit churning, while Hurts might struggle to find open space to run the ball against a New Orleans defense that will pack the middle of the field with their versatile linebackers. Hurts rushing 10+ times in 3 straight games has not occurred since Weeks 9-12 of last season and only two times throughout his career.
Swift and the Bears are taking on an Indianapolis defense that has allowed 175 yards on the ground to running backs through 2 games, nearly leading the league. With that being said, Chicago’s willingness to put Caleb Williams in quick decision making in the pocket during this game will benefit Swift, who will be his “safety pin” all day long.
Swift caught 4 of 5 targets in the Bears' SNF matchup with Houston last week and with this game script heavily favoring the pass, DSwift is a solid bet to rack up catches for the Bears.
Mayfield is hot! The 2-0 Bucs host Denver in what should become an easy victory. Denver’s defense has seen Geno Smith and Justin Fields but now, they will have to defend against one of the most consistent outside 1-2 punches in the league in Chris Godwin and Mike Evans.
I don’t think the Broncos offense nor defense will have an answer for Mayfield and the Bucs who will dominate the TOP in this game. Miami dropped 70 points in Week 3 of 2023 against Denver. While Mayfield won’t put up that number, I’m looking for a 20-30 point victory from Tampa.
With Malik Willis under center, Josh Jacobs will get nearly all the red zone opportunities against Tennessee. While his questionable tag is something to monitor, should Jacobs play he is guaranteed 20+ touches and when the Packers get into the red zone, LaFleur won’t try and get cute as this is a near must-win game for Green Bay to get the momentum swinging in their favor while Love is on the sideline.
The Titans have allowed 3 total TDs to the RB position in their first two games. Look for Jacobs to add to that total in a favorable matchup on Sunday.
The Bengals desperately need a Ja'Marr Chase 'get right' game and this is an absolute banger matchup to make it happen. The Washington secondary is last (or next-to-last) in just about every statistical category when it comes to defending opposing wide receivers.
For those that missed the article, we discussed this matchup in detail in our Week 3 Anytime TD article. I've already got a +475 SGP using Chase's receiving yards prop, the Bengals spread, and a Chase anytime touchdown. Clearly this is a matchup to target this week, and I expect Chase to cruise past 81.5 receiving yards.
