WEEK 4 RECORD: 3-2

WEEK 5 (picks in CAPS)

Arizona +3½ at CINCINNATI

Bengals stunk it up last week at Pittsburgh as Andy Dalton spent the game running for his life behind inept offensive line. Expect adjustments this week. I liked Cards getting huge number at Baltimore in Week 2 and might have considered them at better price here. Kyler Murray will have a breakout game at some point, but don’t see it on road against desperate Cincy team laying small number.

New England -15½ at WASHINGTON

Pats’ offense was ordinary last week in 6-point win at Bills, albeit against better defense than they’ll see here. And Redskins’ quarterback merry-go-round is concerning (Colt McCoy?). But ‘Skins' losses have come against tougher opposition and while I don’t see them pulling an upset the huge home number is attractive.

Buffalo +3 at TENNESSEE

Who can figure out these Titans? Who can figure out the wacky, zany AFC South, where 8-8 might win the division? Hunch is they improve to 3-0 outside division against foe coming off tough loss to Pats and with uncertain QB situation. Don’t see Bills’ D duplicating huge effort from last week.

INDIANAPOLIS +11½ at Kansas City

Colts have banged-up secondary, which isn’t exactly a recipe for success against Mahomes. But Indy has covered 6 of last 8 regular season games and should be able to get in under generous number.
