DraftKings has improved its Dynasty Rewards Customer loyalty program, adding more redemption options and prizes to its elite levels. Proposed as the 2025 Elite Rewards Gifts and Experience Catalog, the offerings will be available to Diamond and Onyx members starting in January.
Diamond and Onyx are the program's two highest levels, meaning only the sportsbook's top customers will access these new offers. Some of the prizes are Apple electronic bundles, high-end watches, Broadway show tickets, and exclusive vacation trips.
Chika Chandrashekar, Vice President of DraftKings Loyalty and Experiences, confirmed the new update:
"As a customer-centric brand, we are always looking for new ways to best serve our customers and Dynasty Rewards was created to deliver unforgettable, customizable experiences and gifting opportunities for our players. It's important to us that we're providing a best-in-class loyalty program to our players, as well as the most rewarding offerings and exclusive access that they can't get anywhere else."
The Dynasty Rewards Customer program has five distinct tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Onyx.
While DraftKings is one of the two most dominant sportsbooks in the US, it is an online-only operator. Other sportsbooks backed by land-based sports betting sites naturally offer better loyalty rewards. Many even invite their biggest online bettors to one-time luxury nights at their physical destinations, promoting customer retention.
DraftKings' newly improved loyalty services give it a chance to hold out against fierce competitors. Registered members naturally join its program and need to earn crowns (points) and tier credits by engaging in daily fantasy sports (DFS), iGaming, and sports betting.
These points may also be earned from Golden Nugget-branded platforms. DraftKings purchased Golden Nugget online casino in May 2022. However, the deal did not give DraftKings control of the latter land-based casinos, which Tilman Fertitta owns.
It does take effort to reach the top two tiers of the DraftKings rewards program.
All registered customers start at the Bronze Level and must earn 5,000 tier credits to become Silver members. It takes 90,000 tier credits to enter the Diamond status and 175,0000 to be an Onyx VIP.
Fortunately, the quests are appealing, and you can convert crowns to DK dollars to bet on sports, DFS, and casino titles.
