Knicks vs Pacers: Our 4 Best Player Prop Picks for Game 6

The Indiana Pacers are on the brink of elimination as they look to push this series to a Game 7 behind some magic from Haliburton and McConnell.

The New York Knicks will look to eliminate the Pacers in Game 6 at Indiana tonight. They will have to win outright as 6.5-point underdogs to do so, as most sportsbooks have Indiana as overwhelming favorites.

Elimination games are always exciting, and having a little action on the game only takes that excitement up a notch. In this article, we'll share our favorite Game 6 player props available at sportsbooks and popular DFS pick'em apps.

The over is our best bet for Game 6, so it would make sense that 3 of our 4 player prop picks are overs. If these team's track records tell us anything, it's that closer the game is, the higher the point total climbs. In an elimination situation, we expect Game 6 to come down to the wire.

Underdog Special: Combine the NBA Playoffs and PGA Championship to Win Big

Underdog's new promotion (promo code BETTORS) gives every new player up to a $250 deposit bonus and a Scottie Scheffler Special (over 0.5 strokes). The Scheffler special is a guaranteed win on the first leg of your pick'em entry. Combine it with our prop picks to win even more!

Jalen Brunson (NYK): Over 40.5 Points + Assists

With Brunson feeling close to 100% and looking better in Game 5 than we have seen him in any scenario this series, the Pacers will continue to have no answer for him in a win-or-go-home Game 6. In the two games against Philly where Brunson had two days of rest, he responded by putting up 52 and 57 PA. Expected to play around 40 minutes tonight, look for this trend to continue.

Donte DiVincenzo (NYK): Over 16.5 Points

After this line has drastically dropped to 16.5 after two subpar shooting performances, we believe Donte gets back on track in an elimination game for Indiana. Against Philly in Game 6, Donte came up clutch with 23 points on 5 of 9 from beyond the arc and in most close-out scenarios (look back to Villanova’s title game), the feisty Knicks guard normally comes up with some key buckets down the stretch.

DiVincenzo’s series is eerily similar to last series against Philly where he struggled during Games 3-5, but came up big for New York in an away game in Game 6. The green light will be there for Donte who just has to knock down one three pointer to get in a rhythm.

Miles McBride (NYK): Under 2.5 3-Pointers Made

McBride has played increased minutes over the last few games since OG’s injury. Although the solid shooting numbers this series, look for the Pacers to pay extra attention off offensive rebounds and drive-and-kick opportunities to limit McBride as a three point scorer and force him to make decisions as a playmaker.

This series, the Knicks guard has only hit 1.6 of 5.2 3-point attempts per contest. We're betting his misses his 2.5 made 3-pointers prop here in Game 6.

T.J. McConnell (IND): Over 0.5 Double-Doubles

Given this is an elimination game, Rick Carslile and the Pacers coaching staff should come to their senses and put McConnell on Brunson instead of Nembhard in the later stages of this game.

Brunson has torn Nembhard apart, shooting better than 55% against him, while T.J. and Nesmith are doing a better job on the unstoppable force.

Even in the two close losses in Games 1 and 2, McConnell was +19 overall. He’s been able to get under Brunson’s skin a few times, which should lead to increased playing time and therefore an increased double-double chance at home.

With two playoff and four regular season double-doubles, we would play this prop down to +1300.
