Best Bet: Astros (+104)

HOU at PHI - 4:05 PM EDT

This Astros team has made me a lot of good coin ever since they snapped out of their early season funk. This is also a prime opportunity to fade Taijuan Walker, who I think is one of the worst righties in the National League.

The 32-year-old has been catching way too much of the plate this season, which is the main reason why his ERA is 6.26! The sledding could be tough for Walker against a Houston squad that has hit righties well all year long. The 'Stros rank 8th in WRC+ against right-handers!

It's tough to fade the Phillies at home, but I've been impressed with Spencer Arrighetti so far this season. The young rookie gets the walk bug at times, but his breaking stuff is excellent. Give me Houston at this nice dog price!

Best Bet: Padres (-116)

SD at STL - 7:45 PM EDT

We've been riding this San Diego team and fading this St. Louis squad to the cashout window all season long. With SD starter Joe Musgrove rounding into form, this is another prime spot to fade the Cards.

The veteran righty has racked up 16 Ks while only allowing 1 earned run over his last 3 starts. The Cardinals have been just mediocre this season at the plate, even with established sluggers like Goldschmidt and Arenado. Look for Musgrove to shut down St. Louie with that nasty sweeper in this one.

What's been most disappointing about the Cards lately has been their bullpen. They picked up a few pieces at the deadline, but things just haven't panned out. I was shocked to learn that St. Louis ranks just 26th in reliever K minus BB rate since July 28th. Give me the Pads!

Best Bet: Orioles (+101)

BAL at LAD - 10:10 PM EDT

I'm kind of kicking myself for not being fast enough on this one, as the O's opened up at +120 for a few minutes. Sometimes real life gets in the way of snagging the best numbers! That said, this is still a good "buy low" spot on Corbin Burnes in my humble opinion.

Burnes has scuffled a bit since the All-Star Break, but I still trust him a heck of a lot more than Dodgers starter Walker "Ferris" Buehler. As powerful as the Dodgers bats are, their expected batting average is just .186 against Burnes in 110 career plate appearances.

Balty has also been hitting the ball better than the Dodgers lately. The O's rank 7th in WRC+ over the last month while the Boys in Blue rank just 13th. Give me the Birds at the plus money and let's pray that Burnes snaps out of his cold streak!
